When you fill in the contact form or the Immersive enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide - which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your role or organisation, as well as what you write to us.

We collect this so we can read your message and respond to it personally. That's it.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information, and we do not use your information to send marketing communications unless you've specifically asked us to stay in touch.

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Form submissions are transmitted securely and received by Drew and Simon directly. Your information is not stored in any third-party CRM or marketing platform.

Who sees your information

Your enquiry is read by Drew and Simon. No one else has access to it unless we are legally required to share it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our ongoing conversation with you.
